About HVAC in Lodi, NJ

Salt air and older buildings shape most of the HVAC work in Lodi, NJ.

Within a few miles of the water, outdoor coils corrode noticeably faster, and equipment that would last comfortably inland reaches the end of its life early. Add housing stock built well before central air was standard, and a fair amount of oil heat still in service, and you get a mix that needs judgement rather than a standard package.

What we do

• Repair. Diagnosis first. Pao Card finds corroded coils, failed capacitors, blocked condensate lines and refrigerant leaks that have been developing quietly for a season or more.
• Fuel conversions. Oil to gas, or oil to a heat pump where the building suits it. Worth sizing from a heat loss calculation, because equipment specified before insulation improvements is usually far too large now.
• Cooling in older buildings. Where there is no ductwork, ductless systems avoid opening up walls and ceilings to add it.
• Coastal maintenance. Rinsing and protecting outdoor coils genuinely extends equipment life near the water, and it is rarely mentioned until the unit fails.

How we work

Written pricing before we begin. Technicians who show you the failed part. Honest guidance about what an older building can take without disproportionate cost.
